The hotel is right in the center of Lignano Pineta, which is super convenient and close to the beautiful beach. While I found the rooms to be a bit on the small side and there was an unpleasant smell initially, it disappeared after a few hours. The staff was incredibly friendly, but the dining options left a little to be desired. Overall, it offers decent value for money given the central location, but some improvements could be made in terms of room size and dining variety.

The staff, especially Mrs Sandra, were super friendly and helpful. However, the room I stayed in had a bad smell initially and was a bit noisy since it was above a popular American bar. While the dining was decent, it didn't blow me away, and the overall value for money could definitely be better.

The hotel is perfectly situated right in the center of Lignano Pineta, making it easy to walk to the beautiful beach just a short distance away. My room was spacious and clean, which made my stay comfortable, but it can get quite noisy with a popular bar directly below that stays open until 3 am. The service left much to be desired, as the staff seemed unfriendly and not particularly attentive. Yet, I saw a lot of potential considering the great amenities and discounts available for dining nearby.
